Akita Soft is a small independent studio. We built AkitaTravel to keep your information on your own device and in your own iCloud account — not ours.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how AkitaTravel, developed by Akita Soft, handles your information. In short: your data is yours, it stays on your device and in your own iCloud account, and we don't collect it, sell it or share it with third parties.

2. Information you provide

When you use AkitaTravel, you may enter information such as trip names, itinerary legs and stops, dates, booking references and any notes you add. This information is stored locally on your device.

3. iCloud sync

If you enable sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit, so it can appear across your own devices signed in with the same Apple ID. This sync is handled entirely by Apple's infrastructure — Akita Soft does not operate any servers that receive, store or process your data.

4. Information we do not collect

AkitaTravel does not require an account, does not collect your name, email address or location, and does not track your activity for advertising. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in this app.

5. Diagnostic data

If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your iOS Settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash and performance data through App Store Connect. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.

6. Children's privacy

AkitaTravel is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Data retention and deletion

Your data remains on your device and in your iCloud account for as long as you use the app. Deleting the app, or the data within it, removes it from your device; deleting it from iCloud removes it from sync across your devices.

8. Your rights

Because we don't hold your data on our own servers, there is nothing for us to access, export or delete on your behalf beyond what you already control on your device and in your iCloud settings.
